Welcome, intention/goal, guided exercises (breathing, gentle movements, visualization), integration, and a simple home plan. Audios are provided for practice.

Is it effective in video conferencing?

Yes, absolutely! Voice guidance and protocols work very well online. Plan a quiet space and headphones if possible. A preparation guide will be emailed to you before the first session.

How often and how long do the sessions last?

Part 1: 6 to 8 sessions (weekly/bi-weekly). Part 2: 6 sessions. (weekly/bi-weekly)

The first meeting lasts 90 minutes and the second ones last on average 60 minutes.

How do I prepare?

Wear comfortable clothing and keep water nearby. Turn off notifications on your electronic devices. In person: arrive 5 minutes early. For video calls: check your sound/camera.

A practical guide and a web link will be sent to you via email before the first session.

Can I practice during pregnancy?

Yes, sophrology is suitable for pregnancy. The exercises are tailored to your trimester and your comfort level. If you have a high-risk pregnancy, consult your doctor.
